Photo of my grandmother, Mrs. Flossie Lee Law-Watson. Flossie was born November 30, 1918, in Coffeeville, Alabama, and passed away, October 4, 2001, in Prichard, Alabama, at her home. She married Marshall Remis Watson, of Gilbertown, Alabama, on August 8, 1934, in Toxey, Alabama. This photo was taken in the late 1980s, at a family gathering, held at Flossie's sister, Beatrice Law-Jackson's house, in Oakland, California.

Photo of Nettie Elizabeth Cobb Law-Dickinson, before she married Jerome Dickinson. Nettie was born August 1917, to the late Alberta Pugh Bumpers-Law, in Coffeeville's Ebenezer Community, in Clarke County Alabama. She passed a way January 22, 1975, in Prichard, Alabama, from complications of being a diabetic.

Photo of Zeola Johnson, taken in the 1950s, in Ebenezer Community, Clarke County, Alabama. Zeola was born August 2, 1929, to the late Ida Lou Law-Johnson and Clarence Johnson, in Ebenezer Community. She passed away, August 1979, and is buried in the family church cemetery, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, in Coffeeville. The houses on the photo were built by Zeola and some of her cousins, after a tornado, lifted their big wood structured home off of it's foundation, in the late 1940s. Those little wood houses stood up until the early 1990s, and were torn down, to make room for new homes. There is no telling how long they would have lasted.

An old photo of Mary Malone Law-Pugh, taken from the front cover of her obituary. The only photo I have of her, but I wanted to share it with those who may have known her or known of her. Mary was born October 14, 1874, in the Ebenezer Community of Coffeeville, to the late Lucy Malone-Law. She married Creagh Pugh, in 1893, the son of Isabell Law-Pugh and Levi Pugh. Mary passed away, May 24, 1971, in Ebenezer, and is buried in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, in Coffeeville.
